Blenheim Grove the fit out of London’s first custom build development. Comprising a custom build split level townhouse and ground floor maisonette.
Blenheim Grove is London’s first custom build development where clients purchase a high quality shell and decide on the internal layout, rooms and finishes themselves. We were appointed by Unboxed Homes* (a developer who specialises in custom homes) as well as by one of the purchasers to fit out a 4 storey split level townhouse and a ground level maisonette.
We created a sequence of flowing, split level spaces, each with soft tones and simple and clean lines to bring them to life. We integrated the building’s MVHR (heat recovery) system and included low carbon features (like zero carbon floor finishes and timber sheet). The bespoke joinery was made from birch plywood with accents of colour and brass finishes.
We worked to tight time scales with early contractor engagement to ensure that the build would move swiftly and efficiently to ensure our client could move in on time.
